Non Enforceable Writs:
Witness Subpoena, Summons, Garnishment, Notice to Appear and Order to Show Cause

Send original or certified copy of summons along with one copy of summons and a copy of the complaint.

Please allow one to two weeks for return of service.

Enforceable Writs:
Writ of Execution, index and docketing fee
20.00 Each

Writ of Attachment, Writ of Possession, Writ of Replevin, Order Contempt and Commitment and Bodily Attachment
70.00 Each
