Send original or certified copy of summons along with one copy of summons and a copy of the complaint.

Please allow one to two weeks for return of service.

Enforceable Writs:
Writ of Execution
Processing writ: $40.00 Each
Levy: $50.00

Deposit for Levy
Automobiles $1,500.00 each
Real Property $1,000.00 each

Writ of Attachment, Writ of Possession, Writ of Replevin, Order Contempt and Commitment and Bodily Attachment
$90.00 Each
